Adoption fee:  $1500.00 regardless of coat or eye color.
 This includes a $150.00 non refundable sales deposit.


All NAID’s will be fed and treated humanely with proper veterinarian care by their new owners. No NAID is sold as a total house dog or an apartment dog. There must be a suitable containment area for the animal to be able to run and play off leash at will. No NAID may be chained to a stationary object (i.e. a tree) but can be allowed to run on a cable system.

A $150.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the NAID pup you prefer.  

All fee's must be paid in full when the  puppy is picked up. If the puppy is being shipped via airlines, all payments must be received 30 days  prior to the puppy leaving Night Eyes Farms premises. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid 30 days prior to shipment. This includes my travel time, airfare, insurance, crate and veterinarian health certificate.  If you are picking up your pup, you will be asked for a additional non refundable $150.00 installment when you confirm your pup. The remaining balance will be due in cash when you pick up your pup.

Due to the highly loyal and social nature of the NAID, it is in the pups and your family's best interest to pick up your new puppy by 8 weeks of age. The NAID mothers have fully weaned their puppies by this age and the pups must begin bonding with their new owners as soon as possible. Any pup still at Night Eyes Farms after 8 weeks of age will be charged a $15 per day food and board fee, which will be added to the cost of your puppy. This charge will accommodate the extra care and attention the pup will require while staying at our kennel. You must also be aware that the pup will begin bonding with the Night Eyes Farm  staff as its primary caretakers, which will impede the progress of integrating the pup into your home.

All pups will be wormed at least 3 times and given their first vaccination. All pups are sold with a 48 hour return policy. Night Eyes Farms is not responsible for any illnesses, injuries or disease incurred after the pup leaves our premises.We offer a 2 year health guarantee from severe (crippling) hip dysplacia with the following conditions.Two written diagnosis from two different practicing veterinarians, and all X rays must be sent to Night Eyes Farms. Based on the veterinarian recommendation, one of two scenarios may occur:
The pup must be diagnosed with dysplacia at  one year of age or older. before Night Eyes Farms will offer a exchange. The pup must have been maintained  on the NU VET Supplement with out any lapses, per my monthly report supplied by Nu Vet Labs.  The diagnosis from the vet must clearly state that the hip ailment is caused by a hereditary problem and NOT from rapid growth due to improper feeding, or as a result from injury while in it's owners care.The dysplacia MUST be crippling, and not a mild case (i.e. OFA-FAIR) which can be caused by improper nutirition or excess activity or injury during play. A certificate of spay/neuter at the age of 7 to 8 months must accompany the vets report and X-Rays. Note:  We do not offer cash refunds for any reason.

Buyer understands that animals are a life long commitment.  Adding a puppy to your home is just like bringing a baby into your family. The puppy will require a good deal of time, attention and training to help them become the loving family member you desire. The NAID is a highly intuitive breed and will sense the presence of any negative feelings or energies in the household, whether directed toward the dog or other family members. This can lead to training and behavioral issues. Therefore, all members of the household must want this puppy and be committed to its training. A Formal PUBLIC puppy obedience class is a requirement of  Night Eyes Farms and we will not be responsible for behavioral or socialization problems resulting from inconsistent, improper or lack of training.

Be responsible in your decision to purchase any animal as we do not condone animals regarded as throw away possessions.

As a responsible puppy provider, Night Eyes Farms will take back any animal that we breed. Your rescue will be boarded at a professional kennel of our choosing until a qualified home is found.  Professional kennel board costs average $20.00 a day and must be paid 3 months in advance. All shipping and board related costs are the responsibility of the owner, and MUST be paid prior to acceptance of the rescue. Owner relinquishing said rescue will not be reimbursed for purchase price/nor any associated costs with the transportation, care and placement into a new home. We are very happy to place your rescue on our web site free of charge if you elect to keep him/her at your residence until a new home is found.

All puppies sold must be spayed or neutered at 6 - 7 months of age. Night Eyes Farms will refund the cost of spay or neuter up to $50.00 per puppy upon receipt of proof that the procedure was completed and a certificate of completion of the required puppy class must be attached.

 Note: Any person or persons acting as a buying agent for another individual, or purchases a NAID® for another individual, is still liable to spay and neuter the dog, and comply with all sales and conditions, even if their name is not on the original "Sales Agreement".  Failure to comply will result in the buyer/buyers, previous or current, paying all legal costs, court costs and travel costs incurred if the owner/owners must be pursued for negligence in this binding, legal contract.
 
This document is legal and binding. This document must be signed, dated and returned to Night Eyes Farms along with a check for 150.00 to reserve your pup.

Checks must be made payable to Shirley Allen. All others will be returned.
