Night Eyes Farms believes in responsible breeding practices.

We neither associate nor conduct business with known puppy millers.  All of our puppies are socialized at birth and while they are here they will be exposed to many different and unusual situations. We believe that early socialization is a must for any dog breed.

A Well Treated Puppy Becomes a Happy and Content Adult Dog

All of our dogs are a part of the family.  Our puppies are handled and played with every day. This treatment assures happy content animals and that quality assures happier dogs in the future.

Inoculations

All puppies are given their first inoculations at weaning.    We recommend that puppies are vaccinated every 5 to 6 weeks until the pup is 14 weeks old to help prevent such diseases as Parvo.

Deworming

We start a gentle worming approach at 4 weeks with fresh garlic. We do not use chemical wormers in puppies until 6 weeks of age. I have found a human wormer (called Pin X) that is the same dose as prescription strength Strongid C, used by veterinarians. Dosage is as follows: 1 cc per 10 pounds of body weight.

Please note that repeated worming program is necessary to rid a pup of worms. It is critical to continue worming your pup every 6 weeks until the pup is 14 weeks old. After that time once every three months is sufficient and  a stool sample tested every year by your vet.

WE ARE HERE FOR YOU!!!

If you have any questions you may call me day or night. Remember: Love your puppy, socialize him/her, teach him/her the difference between right and wrong, and you will have a wonderful companion for the next 15-20 years.

Registration of Night Eyes Farms Dogs and Puppies

All of our dogs are registered with the Native American Shepherd Registry, the National Kennel Club and the Native American Indian Dog Registry.

Your pup will be registered through the Native American Shepherd Registry at no charge,  which includes a 4 generation pedigree.  This is ornamental and suitable for framing which will be mailed pending notification of the pups name. Both the NAID and the NKC are a fee based registry.

Please Note: It is our policy to match the perfect puppy for each new home. We do our best to honor sex and color preferences, but family compatibility is our number one concern.

Night Eyes Farms  strongly endorses the NUVet(TM) vitamin/mineral supplement for your Native American Indian Dog or any breed of dog, to insure good health, a high quality of life and the 14 to 19 yr. longevity common to this breed of dog. Check out the web site's testimonial page for yourself!!
